Furthermore, as a Property Management client, you can rest assured, since we will be in charge of managing incidents, registering and monitoring parts with insurers, requesting diagnoses and budgets from authorized industrialists, monitoring and controlling the execution of the repairs or work carried out on the property, as well as the control of maintenance tasks on equipment, such as boilers and air conditioners.

Forget about investing time and effort in the management of procedures derived from the rental, such as the deposits and returns of deposits in INCASOL, the settlement of the ITP before the Tax Administration or the protection in the change of ownership of the supply contracts of which the property is equipped. We take care of everything! This also includes all procedures derived from insurance, legal services, engineering and architectural services (occupancy certificate, energy certificates, measurement statements, technical reports...), maintenance services, alarm and security systems. It should be noted that any procedure, management, process, action or policy will be budgeted and carried out after acceptance by the owner.
From Property Management we are in charge of the control and management of rent updates with predetermined reference indices. We monitor the duration, validity and expiration of lease contracts for notifications, renewals and resolutions, thus optimizing times and preventing your properties from being empty and not generating beneficial income for you. In this sense, we also take care of all the management and extrajudicial claims for delays and non-payments, as well as contract resolutions, check out, receipt of property, proration of consumption and liquidation of deposits, complementary guarantees, rental deposits and bank guarantees.
Our monthly professional fees are 4.5% of the rental amount, which guarantees effective management at a very competitive price. Fees do not include the cost of repairs, additional contracts, taxes, fees, legal interventions or insurance policies. Each additional procedure, management or service will be budgeted and carried out after your acceptance as the owner.
