Built on a single floor, the house has three double bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. It has two bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. The living-dining room, with a fireplace and plasma TV, has large windows that open onto the porch, an ideal space for dining or relaxing outdoors in complete privacy. The kitchen, fully equipped, includes a countertop and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy family cooking. Outside, you’ll find a gas barbecue next to the porch and a ping-pong table. A short path leads to the pool area, where you’ll find sunbeds, umbrellas, and several ancient oaks that create romantic corners. You can also enjoy the fabulous tennis court for moments of sport and fun.
