Outdoors is a fantastic covered terrace perfect for eating outside and relaxing in the shade during the hottest hours, there is also a free standing, covered terrace with BBQ, summer kitchen and wood oven, the latter is brilliant for pizzas or many delicious specialities served in Majorca. The swimming pool is a particular jewel (12m x 5m) plus a cold Jacuzzi (3m x 3m) as well as a 5 cm shallow paddling area measuring 12m x 3m. Add to that large sun terraces with plenty of sun loungers, covered terrace with outdoor sofas for chilling next to the living room and beautiful exterior lighting and not forgetting a fenced pond with fish.
