Very comfortable and cozy semi-detached house, ideal both to live all year round and to spend a holiday in the Vilafortuny area just a few minutes from the sea. In a quiet and residential neighborhood with good neighbors, with services and close to the beach. Surrounded by a garden almost all around its perimeter, bright and with a good south orientation, it is located on a pedestrian street. At the entrance there is a front garden with a pleasant porch where you can eat or have moments of tranquility, in the side garden area there is a space to park the car if desired.
