Unique 3-bedroom villa in the heart of Matosinhos. This property was the result of a total restoration of an old house, giving rise to a villa with a modern, avant-garde style. Upon entering the villa, there is a hallway that leads to the modern-style kitchen, dining room and living room. This property, designed by the renowned architecture firm “depA architects”, was awarded the Häuser Awards 2022 by the German magazine of the same name, in a competition with the slogan “Make more of it”.
