Pòrtol is a village in the municipality of Marratxí located between Sa Cabaneta and Santa María del Camí, it has a population of approximately 3,600 inhabitants and is known for its traditional pottery, especially the well-known "greixoneres". As for the facilities that can be found in the village, there is a public school, as well as a sports centre with a municipal swimming pool and a health centre. It is located about 20 minutes from the city centre of Palma, as well as from the airport and the nearest beaches.
