Llubí: Location and surroundings of this property

Llubí is located in the centre of Mallorca and has approximately 2.500 inhabitants. It´s renown for its capers which are sold worldwide. There are many activities for families throughout the year. It has several coffee shops, supermarkets, sports centre with outdoor swimming pool, a school, a pharmacy, a train station, and a charging station for electric vehicles. Llubí also offers a variety of restaurants, such as the small minimalist hotel-restaurant "Daica”. One can hike to the Ermita, a spot where many locals gather on Sundays for picnics and barbecues and which also has a playground. The varied market is held on Tuesdays. Llubí is located about 20 minutes from the beaches of Alcudia, and 35 minutes away from the centre of Palma and the airport.
