The property is the reconstruction of an apartment block built in 1962 and is accessed via two stairwells. The staircase at number 32 has a total of 15 flats and three units per floor. The neighbouring staircase has an additional staggered storey and thus a total of 18 residential units, which are also accessed via a lift. There are also eleven parking spaces at the rear of the property. Almost all units have a balcony. The flats range in size from 30 to 65 m². The floor plans are functional, typical of the year of construction, and the majority have daylight bathrooms. The property has been continuously maintained. The windows and balcony doors in all units were replaced in 2000 and most of the radiators were replaced. The stairwells were repainted around three years ago and the flat roof was renewed in 2015. The conversion to gas central heating took place in 2013. The hot water supply is decentralised using instantaneous water heaters. Some flats have also been refurbished in recent years.
