Lipari: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is located on the island of Lipari, precisely in the marginal part of the hamlet of Canneto, where there are large equipped beaches. Canneto is well connected to the city centre, and it is also an excellent logistical point for visiting the entire Acquacalda area or the pumice quarries. The house can be enjoyed without a car, as it is not far from many activities. Lipari is the most populous island of the Aeolian Islands and has always been a favourite destination for tourists for the services offered all year round. The hamlet of Canneto, known as Marina Lunga, is full of shops and activities that make Lipari a liveable island even during the winter months. From Canneto, it is easy to reach the historical centre with the Regional Archaeological Museum and the Castle with its medieval towers. The island can be easily reached by ferry and hydrofoil from Naples, Milazzo, Messina, Palermo and Reggio Calabria.
