We are located in the heart of Parma, just a few steps from the central Piazza Garibaldi, the lively Via Farini and the famous shopping streets surrounding it. All the most popular places in the city centre are within walking distance, as well as the most useful services such as banks, pharmacies, post offices, shops and various boutiques. A few hundred metres away is the central Goito car park, from which the pedestrian areas of Parma can be reached. There are many bus lines that serve this area and are a good alternative to using a car, unless you prefer to take a bike ride to fully enjoy the flavours of old Parma.
The mediation assignment with our agency and / or our real estate agents is formalized with the signing of an agreement or with the use of the services listed in our services brochure / in our real estate listings and related clauses.
