Oggiono is a small town near Lecco, located on the banks of the picturesque Lake Annone and the surrounding hills, and in the background are the mountains of Lecco. This scenic area is well known among nature lovers for its beautiful landscapes, such as the Monte Barro Natural Park (protected area that offers spectacular views), Lake Annone is surrounded by the cycling paths, various hiking trails and cliffs for climbing. The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
