Galbiate is a small town near Lecco, located on the banks of the picturesque Lake Annone and the surrounding hills, and in the background are the mountains of Lecco. This scenic area is well known among nature lovers for its beautiful landscapes, such as the Monte Barro Natural Park (protected area that offers spectacular views), Lake Annone is surrounded by the cycling paths, various hiking trails and cliffs for climbing. Among the architectural and cultural attractions of the area you will find the octagonal Romanesque Baptistery of San Giovanni Battista and the works of Marco d’Oggiono (pupil of Leonardo da Vinci) and the works of Andrea Appiano, preserved in the church of Sant’Eufemia. Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
