Surrounded by 12,000 square meters of banded terrain wih olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, in a high and panoramic position on the Montallegro hill, the graceful rustic proposed enjoys a broad view, which goes from the verdant crests to the gulf of Rapallo, with Portofino in the background. It is an independent cottage of 115 m2 to be restored, with an adjoining stacked garage of 16 m2, and is 3.5 km away from the center of Rapallo. Currently the cottage can be reached only on foot via a path starting from Via Comega and consists of a main floor divided into a living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a terraced garden of 30 m2 and a large bedroom, as well as a basement floor with two rooms. A project has already been approved for the construction of the first section of the access road with parking spaces and a garage, from which the house can be reached via a staircase, funicular, or rack rail.
