In progressCastiadas is a popular beach town in the heart of the Sarrabus region that consists of 13 incredible kilometers of white sand and dazzling colors. There are many corners of paradise in the area: Cala Pira, a magnificent pool protected by a promontory on which the tower of the same name is perched: soft dunes are surrounded by granite and perfumed by centuries-old junipers and Mediterranean scrub. Further north, the renowned Cala Sinzias: kilometers of white, impalpable sand and a pristine seabed. A thick vegetation of mastic trees, pines and eucalyptus trees embraces it. The beaches of San Pietro (or Cala Marina), wide and beautiful with its golden reflections, Monte Turno and Sant'Elmo are other pearls of the area. Beyond, begins Costa Rei, ten kilometers of fine, golden sandy beaches sloping down to a very blue sea: Cannisoni, Santa Giusta, up to the 'scoglio di Peppino' (Peppino's rock), the border between the territories of Castiadas and Muravera. The mountainous profile of the 'Sette Fratelli' oasis, a valuable nature park, an ideal place for relaxing walks, dotted with archaeological sites, is a beautiful backdrop. A triumph of nature, made up of reliefs with rocks shaped by time and woods inhabited by rare animal species, such as deer and mouflon. On the itineraries within the park you will encounter canyons, gorges, towers and valleys crossed by rivers. Among the various natural monuments is the Arch of the Angel in pink granite from which you can admire the entire valley of Castiadas.
The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions. The agent's commission in the amount of 4.00% on the purchase price plus the compulsory VAT shall accrue from when the Purchaser becomes aware of the acceptance of his/her purchase offer (proposta d'acquisto) by the Seller.
