A Neoclassical Gem in Olbia

The Palazzo, located in Piazza Regina Margherita in Olbia, is one of the city’s historic buildings. Built between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, it reflects the typical architecture of the period and holds significant historical and cultural value for the local community. The palazzo consists of two floors: the first floor housed a restaurant until a few years ago, while the second floor was used as a medical office. Although the property requires renovation work, it still retains the charm of its era, with original flooring, decorative details, spacious rooms, and prime views overlooking the heart of the city. Today, the square where it is located, Piazza Regina Margherita, is one of Olbia’s main gathering places, lively with cafés, restaurants, and shops.
