St. Leonhard in Badia is a fraction of the municipality of Badia, which is located in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage, more precisely at the foot of the Santa Croce massif. St. Leonhard is characterized by its church, which is one of the most beautiful in South Tyrol. The municipality of Badia borders on two nature parks: Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Puez-Geisler, which are characterized above all by their unmistakable mountain panorama and high peaks. The proximity to the famous Sella Ronda is also worth mentioning.
