"The gateway to the Dolomites" is the name given to Dobbiaco at the entrance to the wildly romantic Cave Stone Valley. The municipality borders on the UNESCO World Heritage sites of the Three Peaks in the Sesto Dolomites and natural parc Fanes Senes Braies and offers two wonderful destinations for excursions: Lake Dobbiaco and Lake Dürenstein. The famous composer Gustav Mahler already knew about the beauty of this place in the summer months of 1908. The famous Gustav Maler music weeks still commemorate him today. But also the Dolomiti Baloon Festival, the Dobbiaco Cross Country Race Cortina or the Dolomiti Superbike fill Dobbiaco with life. Dobbiaco has an extensive network of cycle paths to choose from. In winter, you can enjoy up to 120 km of cross-country skiing trails prepared for World Cup races from the "Nordic Arena", where the Norwegian combined climber Ole Einar Bjoerndalen has already completed his training laps. The connection to the train line "Ski Pustertal Express" allows a comfortable and stress-free access to the two well-known ski areas "Tre Cime Dolomiti" as well as the "Kronplatz" which together offer more than 200 km of slopes. The brokerage contract with us and/or our agent is concluded by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/Exposé and its terms and conditions.
