Penthouse with sea view

Our penthouse is just a stone's throw from the Hotel Excelsior, which has been home to the International Film Festival for over 80 years, and is spread over two levels. We take the lift up and, as soon as we walk through the front door, the huge windows that surround the living room leave us incredulous: the view is completely open to the sea and we imagine it will provide marvellous stills throughout the day. Added to this small luxury is another: the panoramic terrace, arranged on three sides of the house, which promises convivial moments in a scenic space worthy of an art-house film. On the fourth floor we find the spacious living room, the well-equipped and custom-made kitchen, a room used as a study and a service bathroom. Each room has direct access to the terrace through French windows, which gives the penthouse an incredible natural brightness all day long. We ascend to the sleeping area via an internal staircase and note an excellent distribution that allows us to enjoy three bedrooms, two of which are doubles, and two bathrooms. On this floor, the panoramic terrace extends on all sides of the house, with an even more open view of the sea. The distribution of the penthouse is composed as follows: living room, kitchen, service bathroom, guest room, living panoramic terrace on three sides of the penthouse, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms and a 360° panoramic terrace on all sides of the house. The spacious panoramic terrace on both floors, with the best view of the island, is something that cannot be found on the Lido di Venezia; garage, storage room and lift are convenient conveniences; finally, the proximity to all services and the celebrated Venice Film Festival is an invaluable asset.
