Loft Rainbow: an oasis of colour and brightness

Giudecca represents a new Venice face, a place where the ancient and the modern coexist, creating different situations. Walking along the Fondamenta, we notice alongside historic palazzi, architecturally valuable industrial elements such as the Molino Stucky or the former Dreher brewery, reconverted into various Lofts of inimitable design. We enter through the main entrance and a few flights of stairs lead us into a first common part, clear and minimalist. A second common part, seems to announce the magnificent Loft that awaits us. Opening the doors, we are immediately struck by the extreme brightness. We walk through the entrance with great curiosity, until we walk into a modern double-height hallway that amazes us with its design and simplicity; an open-plan kitchen with bright colours directs our gaze towards the large living room. Walking to the end of it, we exit through the large glass archway to take a break on the terrace. We then turn our gaze and notice an interior balcony that hints at an equally interesting second floor. After noticing the laundry room, the bathroom and an open bedroom, we decide to climb the wooden stairs to the sleeping area: two more open rooms greet us at the entrance to the second floor, then a wardrobe room and a modern bathroom with bathtub. We arrive in the master bedroom: a lot of light enters from the balcony, we are drawn in, and leaning out we are dazzled by an incredible view of Venice, as far as the mountains in the distance. The solution is one of a kind, design and simplicity intertwine perfectly in a convivial and intimate place, where you can experience an alternative Venice, far from the tourist flows but connected to the main communication routes and to the most sincere soul of the Serenissima.
