The flat is located on the first floor of a beautiful historic building with original features dating back to the 18th century. A large doorway gives access to a uniquely styled staircase with stone elements that give a distinctive touch to the flights of stairs that lead to the upper floors. The property has two entrances despite being a single flat, with the possibility of considering the creation of two separate units, as at present. The flat is in good condition but needs some renovation work. The main characteristic, besides the sea view, is the brightness due to the double exposure, as the different openings allow it to be sunny and pleasantly ventilated even during the summer period. The first entrance opens onto a corridor that serves as hallway, where on the left side we find a room with a sea view, and on the front a corridor, that leads to the bathroom and to a lovely attic, that can be accessed through a small hidden staircase.
