Renovated farmhouse in the splendid hills of Gualdo Cattaneo

Near Gualdo Cattaneo, in the green Umbrian countryside, we offer a recently renovated farmhouse, with a splendid view of the hills and Todi. The cottage is characterized by the typical Umbrian style architecture with wooden beams, terracotta floors and external stone stairs leading to the first floor. On the ground floor, walking along the corridor, we enter the living area, passing under a finely worked stone arch, where we find the kitchen and dining area. The space is convivial and overlooks a large French window facing the pool; the kitchen is in masonry with double fridge columns, has a fireplace for cooking on the grill and a peninsula for having breakfast. Exiting to the left we find a service bathroom and the living space, with the sofas positioned in front of the large fireplace with a stone frame, elegant and refined for enjoying the winter wrapped in the warmth of the fire. Continuing, we find a study with French windows overlooking the back of the house, a small bedroom and a bathroom serving the room. Going up the stone stairs, which centrally divide the farmhouse, we enter the sleeping area. To the right, through a large hallway with built-in wardrobes, we find two large double bedrooms, each of which has its own en-suite bathroom. On the left there are two further bedrooms served by a single bathroom.
