It is located in a building fully aligned with the energy efficiency regulation for new buildings, which means that it is designed to achieve very low energy consumption. This not only benefits the environment, but also the building's residents, who can enjoy lower utility bills and a more comfortable living environment. The construction of a 10 cm thick external thermal façade ensures optimal insulation and reduces heat loss during the colder months.
