Built on two levels, the ground floor overlooks the harbour and consists of a large sitting room including two arches of typical Symian style and two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings with en-suite bathrooms finished in elegant colour schemes and hand-crafted cornices. The level which is basically the ground floor due to the inclination of the land, consists of a spacious living room overlooking the harbour with traditional hand-painted ceilings, kitchen with dining area, a guest bathroom and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The garden has three seating areas, each of which offers shade at various times of the day. The back courtyard is adorned with traditional mosaic floors depicting cultural performances from the Aegean area and covered over with mature vines offering essential shelter from the summer sun.
