With a mixture of minarets from the Ottoman period, medieval structures from the Italian period, an assortment of tourist shops and watering holes for a cosmopolitan nightlife, the Old Town offers endless fascination in its own individual orb. Accessibility: Access into the Old Town of Rhodes is permitted only for residents who have their own vehicles. There are electric taxis that take passengers from the gates of the Old Town inside the walls. Investment potential: As there is only limited space available, plot prices are very high. Prices are therefore highly dependent on the state of the relevant plot or building.
