Location: One of the Dodecanese islands 25 kilometres north-west of Rhodes.

Symi island offers endless opportunities for discovering the many isolated coves as well as the adjacent uninhabited offshore islets by boat. Panormitis, found on the other side of the island, is the island’s famous monastery visited by people from all over the world. The annual Symi Festival, held from July to September, is an important cultural event with theatre, cinema, dance, traditional and classical music, literary and art exhibitions included in the summer programme.
Accessibility: Daily connections by boat or catamaran to Rhodes as well as to other neighbouring islands. The ferry boat from Piraeus connects a number of islands including Symi then harbours in Rhodes.
Investment potential: In general, the properties offered for sale on Symi are in the top-end price segment with Captain’s houses being the most expensive. Due to the limited space in Symi harbour, property prices remain stable.
