This week we have reopened the doors of our shop in Sant Cugat del Vallès, after a complete renovation to provide the best service. Located at Avinguda de Ruis i Taulet, number 55, in the heart of the Catalan city, this refurbishment reinforces our presence and commitment to the area.

Since our arrival in Sant Cugat in 2013, we have made this city one of our most strategic locations, due to its high volume of transactions and its high average ticket. The renovated shop, with 120 m² dedicated to sales, rentals, new construction and commercial assets, is ready to continue to be the jewel of the metropolitan area.

Our new shop offers a space designed to offer a unique service experience, with capacity for 24 real estate consultants.

With this new shop, we are looking to increase our acquisitions in the area by 2024, increasing our portfolio with 300 new properties. In addition, we are looking for a growth in turnover, aiming to reach €2,300,000, which represents an increase of 8% compared to 2023.
