Engel & Völkers Iberia Appoints Constanza Maya as Chief Operating Officer (COO)

• With this newly created role in operations management, the real estate company completes its leadership structure for Spain, Portugal, and Andorra

Demonstrating the innovative vision that characterizes Engel & Völkers, the real estate company has finalized changes to its Iberian leadership structure by promoting Constanza Maya to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Engel & Völkers Iberia, to drive the company’s regional expansion forward.

Over the past eleven years, she has managed the franchise network, overseen the standardization of Market Centers, and driven the strategic development of the business most recently in her role as Expansion Director. “Her focus on process optimization and standardization has been critical in strengthening our company in Iberia. As Chief Operating Officer, she will continue to play a pivotal role in the future,” emphasizes Juan-Galo Macià, President of Engel & Völkers Iberia & South America.

Maya will now lead the markets where the brand has established proprietary business centers in 2023 and 2024, including Bilbao, San Sebastián, Seville, and Santander. She will work closely with the president and other executives to transform the company’s global strategy into concrete, tailored operational plans for each area.
