The price does not include expenses and taxes. The buyer has the right to choose the notary and the payment of the following taxes and expenses: (i) in the first deliveries of buildings (new construction) the VAT and the AJD; (ii) in the second and subsequent deliveries of buildings the payment of the ITP; (iii) the notary and registry fees in both cases.
