Engel & Völkers is pleased to present this development consisting of 28 homes with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. A unique project where the history of the city will be integrated with the modernity of current designs, creating a new building with the latest construction technologies and the rehabilitation of a historic palace from 1917 by the architect Manuel del Busto, of which the exterior façade has been preserved. The original unfinished project by the famous architect will be recovered, incorporating rose windows on the first floor of the palace. The stonework of the façades, the main entrance door, mouldings, balustrades, imposts, balconies and original wrought iron railings will be restored. A perfect combination of modernity and tradition with an elegant design.
Heating will be by means of a centralised aerothermal installation, distributed through underfloor heating. The homes will be equipped with a ventilation system for heat recovery by controlled mechanical ventilation. This equipment will allow for clean air in the home, minimising energy losses.
The design and the strategic South, South-East and South-West orientation will allow maintaining thermal and environmental comfort conditions with a minimum of energy expenditure. The building will generate its own renewable energy through the installation of photovoltaic panels. The garage will be pre-installed for the future installation of electric vehicle charging stations on all floors. The ventilation system of the dwellings will have a heat recovery system. This equipment allows the air to be renewed in the dwelling, minimising energy losses.
The project currently has a building permit granted, so the development timescale will be significantly shortened.
