The large built-in wardrobe does not go unnoticed. Finally, we have another bathroom, also with storage space. To maximize the area, two terraces have been created. The first one, about 32m2, has relaxing views of the golf course; the second faces the opposite side of the house and looks towards the adjoining pine forest; a real window to nature. Finally, we go down to the basement, which was created as a space for recreation, a cinema room, games... It is also separable from the house, so it could become an independent apartment, allowing the owner to live in the villa and, at the same time, have rented accommodations or spaces ready to host family or friends while maintaining their privacy if they wish. Lastly, in line with the energy-saving philosophy, note that the air conditioning is centralized on the ground floor but independent on the upper floor. In addition, regarding the quality of the ambient air, there is a system for absorbing impure air and another for expelling filtered air. Even with the house closed, clean oxygen is always breathed.
