A fantastic, well designed kitchen with glass partitioning also gets the sea views and is a pleasure to prepare food in. Son Serra de Marina: Location and surroundings of this property

Between the municipalities of Can Picafort and Colonya de Sant Pere is a small coastal village belonging to the municipality of Santa Margarita. Its location is, so to speak, paradise, away from mass tourism and nestled between the pristine beaches of Sa Canova and Son Real. The properties in this urbanization are mainly villas or townhouses built by Mallorcan families for summer use. As previously mentioned, this little enclave is one of the few which still maintains that Mallorca calm character that made the island famous all those years ago. There are only a few small family run businesses. Its virgin beaches are known for being the most beautiful on the island, in particular the beach at the small village of Son Serra de Marina, Son Real beach with its white sands and turquoise waters, which is preserved in its natural state and protected by law and, finally, the beach of El Arenal d'en Casal, about a kilometre long and characterized by natural dunes and the pine forest behind it. This last beach forms part of the Nature Reserve of Son Real.
