"Montaña Mística" is a property located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas. Adjacent to the southern part of the land is the road that connects to the urban center of Mijas. The general plan classifies this finca as an urban soil, with a predetermined arrangement for the own plan and is icludes a unit of execution (UE-S.27) This implies that a previous assignment of the public Green spaces and the implementation of the urbanization works are requiered before getting the building permits for the plots.
