It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with a 1.35 m bed each, making it ideal for families or small groups of four people. The living room is furnished in a minimalist design that includes a comfortable sofa and a television, creating a relaxing environment to rest. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, microwave, oven and refrigerator, ensuring total comfort for long stays. The bathroom has a modern shower, and the apartment also has a washing machine for added convenience. All bedrooms have access to the balcony, where we have placed a small table in case you feel like sitting down to have your morning coffee. You will also have access to the building's rooftop, which has a table and chairs so you can enjoy the spectacular views of the city of Barcelona and especially the Sagrada Familia, located just 5 blocks from the apartment. You will live next to the essential temple of the Sagrada Familia with another modernist jewel, the Hospital de Santa Creu and Sant Pau. These two monuments have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. You can do your shopping at the Mercat de Sagrada Familia and go to Passeig de Sant Joan for brunch. Stroll through the wide streets until you reach the heart of the city, the Gothic Quarter. Or go in the opposite direction and lose yourself in the lively Gracia, a little secret in the form of pedestrian streets and charming squares where you can breathe the most charismatic Barcelona.
