This finca is located on a good 30,000 m² plot about one kilometre from the harbour town of Porto Cristo. The house, built in 2004, has a living area of 260 m², divided into a living and dining room, a spacious kitchen with eating area, four bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The finca is romantically situated and offers views to Porto Cristo, from the roof terrace even sea views. The nearby harbour town of Porto Cristo offers a beautiful beach with promenade, numerous restaurants, cafés and shops as well as a private clinic. Manacor, the second largest town in Mallorca, is about 15 minutes away. Here you will also find the famous Rafael Nadal tennis academy with an international private school.
