Location: Montenebro, Community of Madrid

Pedrezuela is a Spanish municipality and town in the Community of Madrid, in the north of the region, 42 kilometers from Madrid. It has a population of 6400 inhabitants (INE 2023). Within the municipality are the urbanisations of Montenebro, on the opposite side of the Guadalix river gorge from where this property is located, which has a supermarket, communal swimming pool, large green areas and a bar-restaurant, and Atalaya Real, which overlooks the Pedrezuela reservoir from a hill. In Pedrezuela stands out the parish church of San Miguel, of gothic style, dated in the XVI century. In its surroundings there are still small houses, circular stone constructions with adobe and straw roofs, very similar to the Celtiberian forts. Also noteworthy are its rural roads, the mythical Mesto dam and the document of concession of the town charter, dating from 1331. Also noteworthy are its excellent restaurants, where you can taste roast kid among other culinary specialties.
