El Soto de la Moraleja is a residential area that integrates terraced houses, flats, penthouses, ground floor with garden, semi-detached houses and all kinds of houses in height and townhouses within large landscaped urbanizations, some with more than 10,000m2 of gardens with swimming pool, tennis etc ... closed to the street and protected from the outside.
