The house consists of 2 floors located on a large plot of more than 1500m2. Located in Cap Salou with sea views and direct access to the "Cala Crancs" beach. We highlight the access to the property through a neighbourhood/pedestrian street in which only residents have permission to circulate with their vehicles. This single-family house was built around the land, is located in the middle of the plot. On the first floor, we have a large living room with direct access to the garden and sea views, in the Hall, there is access to a guest room with a bathroom and access to the covered garage. The exterior land, having a large area, makes the parking easier for our visitors. To access the second floor, we will go up some stairs with wrought iron railings.
