You can imagine the children's laughter as you step through the spacious entrance of the villa, through the open, modern rooms onto the terrace with 32 m² pool and look out into the distance. ‘Es Regalo’ means gift. The modern new-build villa is located on a secure plot on the outskirts of Porto Christo on the east coast of Mallorca, not far from a renowned international school. The house was completed in 2022 and combines state-of-the-art comfort with a visually warm interior design. The wood-effect floor tiles are sound-absorbing. It takes about three minutes to drive to the town centre and about 10 minutes to walk. The villa is rented furnished (pictures to follow), has a seating area consisting of two sofas and 2 armchairs in the living room, a dining table with 8 chairs and light textile curtains. The floating cast-iron fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. The four double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, three bathrooms and a guest toilet offer ample space for four to eight people. Es Regalo has air conditioning, double-glazed windows and underfloor heating, which is operated by an air heat pump. The window frames are made of fine tropical wood. The kitchen, which is separated from the living/dining area by a glass front, is of course equipped with brand-name appliances. The electricity and water supply via the city is supplemented by a photovoltaic system and a shared well, which is located on the neighbour property. Internet is to be self-registered ... But the garden and pool maintenance of the extensive property is included in the price! In agreement with the landlord, house cleaning can also be offered by the landlord's staff in the off-season for a corresponding fee. The property is rented on a yearly basis, whereby the start of the rental period can be arranged.
