Good room layout and plenty of outdoor space make the house interesting for small and large families. There is direct sea access across the street for swimming and sunbathing. An unusually large swimming pool is located in the private and beautiful garden, which is accessible from the living and sleeping areas. A garage for one car and a storage room are located in the basement. A staircase leads to the ground floor with living room, dining room, guest toilet and kitchen.
