The Centre district of Badalona is the most sought-after area of the municipality, where old houses from the 18th and 19th centuries converge with the beach and the sea via the Rambla Santa Madrona. The Centre neighbourhood can boast of being a perfectly communicated area. Its location is excellent, with the Badalona train station just 200 meters away, the Pompeu Fabra metro station 450 meters away and the C-31 800 meters away, which provides quick access to Barcelona and Girona. In addition, there are many bus lines nearby, which allow you to reach any point in the municipality in a short time, as well as any town in the Maresme region and, of course, Barcelona.
