Price
€1,995,000
This beautiful finca was built in 2017 and offers high quality and a modern interior, on a constructed area of more than 350m2. The house is distributed over two floors and has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Here, one can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and the traditional Mallorcan architecture with its stone facades and wooden beams, without giving up the comforts and conveniences of a modern home, such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, electric panels or a heated swimming pool. Stepping through the front door, one finds himself in the heart of the house, a large living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is located on one side of the living room, while a hallway on the other side leads to the spacious and bright bedrooms on the ground floor and first floor. Outside, a lovely Mediterranean garden with lavender and olive trees invites to relax on the veranda or cool off in the swimming pool. The 39,000m2 property is divided into two distinct areas: The first where the finca is located with its gardens and a lovely Mediterranean pine forest; the second with a flat and fertile land of about 21,000m2, ideal for the production of olive trees, vineyards or other crops.

The small village of Algaida is nestled in the lowlands between Palma and Manacor. The old windmills that dot the village and its surroundings dominate the landscape, and are the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name of the village. Off the beaten tourist track, Algaida receives only a small number of tourists all year round compared to the huge tourist centres of the island. It is one of the best places on the island to soak up authentic Mallorcan culture, especially if you are looking for quality local gastronomy. Algaida is made up of three urban centres: Algaida, with around 4,500 inhabitants, Pina, with around 500 inhabitants, and Randa, with just over 100 inhabitants. The highlight of the village is the Puig de Randa, a hill of 543 metres high and on its summit is the Santuario de Cura, a natural and cultural space that is part of the island's heritage, known as the famous philosopher Ramon Llull spent time in its sanctuary. It has several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, and a sports centre. The beautiful village decorated with sand-coloured Mediterranean style houses is only 20 minutes away from the nearest beaches and the airport, and 30 minutes away from the centre of Palma.
