Underfloor heatingThe municipality of Prats i Sansor at 1068 m altitude is the smallest in Cerdanya. Located in the middle of the Plana de la Cerdanya, its relief does not have significant altitudes, It includes the village of Prats de Cerdanya, which is its head, that of Sansor, closer to the Segre, the Capdevila neighborhood and also the residential area El Pla. The local road from Alp to Bellver crosses the whole area from east to west, passing through El Pla and Prats. The northern mouth of the Cadí tunnel and the toll and service area are close and easily accessible. The town of Prats consists of two villages, Barri Capdevila which is the oldest village and where the parish church of Sant Serni de Prats is located, Romanesque with paintings by Bernat Sanjuan. To the west of this nucleus find the Mas de Capdevila. Its main festival is celebrated in October and that of Sant Serni in November. The Cerdanya valley framed by the Catalan Pyrenees, with emblematic views of mountains such as the Serra del Cadi or the Tosa d'Alp, among others, provides us with an unbeatable place to live or spend holiday seasons. Its perks include an abundance of sunny days throughout the year, mild summer temperatures, postcard-perfect spring and fall, and a winter surrounded by ski slopes.
