"Oliva" Beach is one of the best beaches in the Valencian Community, with more than twelve kilometres of beach, bordered to the south by the province of Alicante and Denia, and to the north by Piles Beach. It is located about 8 km from Gandía and 22 km from Denia. The beach is of low density, preserves the dune complex practically in all its beaches, and has fine sand and clean, shallow waters. It is ideal for a beach holiday and a relaxing family holiday, as there are no crowds. Oliva has an interesting gastronomic offer, specialising in all kinds of rice dishes and several restaurants of very good quality. Every year there is an increasing number of foreign tourists who come to spend their winter holidays in our town due to the mild climate we enjoy. The weather is usually good enough to enjoy the beach until the end of October or mid-December, which is why our destination has become a special place to relax and enjoy nature. The AP7 motorway has an exit in Oliva, and it is also accessible by bus and train (Gandía Station), although we recommend coming in your own vehicle to have more freedom in terms of mobility. You can go hiking in the area of the marshes of Oliva, which is a natural area of great interest, horse riding and above all water sports (kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and fishing from boats).
