It is an extension of the rooms, the collective space of the rooms to share. The large walls have been built with "poor" concrete made on site. A mixture with very little cement and a selection of sand and gravel, applied with a compaction technique similar to that of the wall, is a very robust monolithic solution with a lot of thermal inertia but at the same time porous enough to help regulate and stabilise the temperature, humidity and acoustics of the spaces. The ceilings of the main spaces are always as high as possible and made of wood to achieve maximum differentiation from the complementary spaces that are completely mineral spaces excavated within the walls. A house within the city, which due to its typological and construction characteristics reconnects with traditional Mediterranean models characteristic of the city of Barcelona such as Gothic courtyards and their bioclimatic and wellbeing values. Two terraces on the roof complete the top floor where you can spend pleasant evenings with spectacular views of the Sarrià neighbourhood. The property has a private lift, aerothermal and underfloor heating, photovoltaic panels, osmosis system throughout the house and security systems (alarm and security cameras).
