We entered the private development through different streets. One of these entrances is for pedestrians and another for vehicles. You can also enter through the main entrance where there is a concierge (from 09:00 to 18:00) and then a security guard at other times. Upon reaching the apartment on the second floor, we enter a hallway and to the right a semi-open "American kitchen" that connects to a large living room. The living room is divided into a dining area in front of the kitchen, and a living area. From the living room, we access a sunny terrace with a dining table and overlooking the green common areas. Returning to the entrance, on the left we find a bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower. Always on the left we find, en-suite, the sunny master bedroom with access to the terrace. The apartment also includes a parking space. The urbanization has several spacious and very green common areas that include 2 swimming pools, one of them for children, 2 paddle tennis courts and a recreational area for children.
