Pozuelo de Alarcón: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is next to the Renfe Station in Pozuelo, with access to all the services of the zone, and to the residential development area and offices in construction in Avenue of Italy. Pozuelo de Alarcón is the richest municipality of the province of Madrid. The station of Pozuelo comprises of the lines C-7 and C-10 of Madrid neighborhoods. The zone has grown exponentially until reaching the zone of Pozuelo Town. The lines of buses are: 560, 561, 561A, 561B, 562, 563, 564, 566, 650, 656, 656A, 657, 658, 815 and nocturnal the N901, N902, N905 and N906.
