Well maintained villa in first sea line with a lot of potential

This lovely kept family home is located in a dead end road in Cala Llenya. From here it is just a short walk to the sandy beach and a short drive to the next village named San Carlos, famous for the hippy market and the traditional Ibizan way of living. The house is first line to the sea and offers a perfect sea view from nearly every window. Through the entrance hall you enter the house, with a nice view to the garden and the sea, from here you enter the living room with double hight and an open staircase which leads to the bedrooms on the first floor.
