The Tenes runs through the municipality and, as it has a minimal gradient, it favours routes on foot or by bicycle along the river path that accompanies it. The municipality is 35 km from Barcelona, very well communicated by the C-17. The beach is only 30 minutes away by car and 20 minutes from La Roca Village shopping centre.
