The outdoor area includes a porch, a carport for one vehicle as well as a swimming pool, a cistern and a box for the pool's technical equipment, which will be located under the terrace. A building permit has been applied for and is currently being processed. The sale price includes the land, the project and the building permit, not the finished property.
