Full of elegance and highly popular among locals, this historic 14th-century estate is located in the heart of the idyllic and picturesque village of Mancor de la Vall. The manor house has been well-maintained over the years and offers numerous possibilities for its future owner. The property stands out for its strong rustic and Mallorcan character: massive natural stone walls, wooden beams, spacious rooms—a true gem from bygone times. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious foyer leading to various living areas. On the same level, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a rustic kitchen with a pantry and an adjoining dining room. On the upper floor, you will find large, open spaces offering great potential to be customized to your preferences and style. The manor house boasts a beautiful courtyard as well as a terrace. The courtyard is accessible from most rooms and ensures absolute privacy. A charming highlight of this property is accessed via a beautiful open staircase: a large hall with double-height ceilings housing an antique olive oil press. A side wing of the building offers additional spaces such as a small garage for one car, a utility room, a large garage for 3-4 cars, and a wonderfully rustic room ideal for small family gatherings. Across the street, there is a charming garden framed by large natural stone walls and native trees. Both the house and the adjacent garden are equally well-known and loved by the residents of Mancor. This truly special gem awaits to shine in new splendor.

Mancor de la Vall is a pretty charming village situated in a small valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range surrounded by mountains, and has just over 1,500 inhabitants. It has several small bars and restaurants, as well as a chemist's shop and a few inland hotels. The best known is the Hotel Turixant, a small boutique hotel with 12 rooms dating from the 18th century that has been tastefully renovated, maintaining some of the historical elements. On 24th June, the feast of Saint John the Baptist, patron saint of the village, is celebrated, and a series of cultural and festive events take place, and at the end of November, the l'esclata-sang fair is held, which is well known throughout the island. Nowadays it still preserves prehistoric remains such as the Tayalots of Clot dels Diners and Conia, the fortified settlement of Son Boscá and the Montaura Cave. 40 minutes away from the airport and the city of Palma, as well as the nearest beaches.
